How does the block of therapy work?
We will first carry out an assessment over five weeks (one 30 minute session per Saturday). Initially, on Saturday 26 April, there will be a consultation by phone or Zoom with you and the Music Therapist. This will be followed by three in-person Music Therapy sessions with your child.
In the fifth and final week, we will provide a consultation session setting out a therapy plan to meet your child’s needs. This plan will be used for a further block of 11 sessions.
After your child has received a block of ten therapy sessions, the 11th Saturday will be a feedback session where we can discuss your child’s progress with you and plan any further sessions they may need.
How do I apply for my child’s place?
If you would like to apply and guarantee a Music Therapy place for your child please complete both forms on our Application page.
